The hotel had a modern interior that I found appealing. The location was very convenient with easy access to multiple MRT stations. This made exploring the area simple. I appreciated the available kitchen for preparing food. the rooftop bar provided a nice spot to relax after sightseeing.

I noticed slight delays in downloading the app during check-in. It took a few extra minutes to complete the process. I needed some assistance from staff to resolve an issue. Digital check-in isn't always quick.

i did love how near everything was. so close to the train station it was like a little dream. the room was clean, a big thing for me, and the air con was powerful, a blessing i tell you.

the windows didn't stop the noise, it was like they weren't even there. i see towels and newspaper stuffed in the cracks, it did not help at all. also, the key system, it was a mess, so hard to use every time.
